At Golden Support Disability Care, we believe in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and actively participate in their communities. Our Home and Community Support service is tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual we serve.

Tailored Support Plans

Our dedicated case managers work closely with individuals to develop personalized support plans based on their goals, aspirations, and needs. These plans are designed to enhance or maintain their capacity to live independently at home and fully engage in their communities.

We assist individuals in accessing a variety of supports, services, and activities within their community, fostering social inclusion and participation.

NDIS Application Support

We provide guidance and assistance in applying for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and preparing for NDIS planning meetings, ensuring individuals can access the necessary funding and support. (Please note: Our NDIS registration process is currently underway and expected to be completed by April 2024.)

Domestic Assistance

Our team offers domestic help to support individuals with household tasks, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.

Personal Care

We deliver personalized personal care services to help individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Nursing Services

Volunteers provide respite and transport services, offering individuals and their caregivers much-needed breaks and assistance with transportation.
